NERISSA WEFERLING - PASTRY CHEF & FINE ARTIST

I am a detailed-oriented person with a bubbly personality, that has a deep passion for Pastries. At the age of 12, I had a fondness for cakes. Later on in life, I decided to study Italian cuisine, language, and culture in Italy, At ALMA La Scuola Internazionale di Cucina Italiana. There, I knew for a fact that I wanted to become a Pastry Chef. I was so infatuated with Italian desserts, I chose to study Pastry with a few Chefs in Italy at their restaurants. Since then, I have been working at restaurants learning, creating, and dedicating my time to this exquisite field.
At Nissi's Sweets I create and make goodies with love, from cakes to cookies, and gluten-free treats. In addition, I am committed to creating a "wow" factor to go above and beyond customer satisfaction!
